Robbery suspect caught in Miner

MINER - A woman is in custody at the Miner Police Station after being arrested for bank robbery.

Miner police responded at approximately 3:40 p.m. when a call was placed from the First National Bank in Miner advising the bank had been robbed and the suspect had fled the bank.

The suspect was apprehended shortly after on Highway AA. "She didn't get far at all," a Miner Police spokesman said Friday.

The suspect's name is being held pending the filing of formal charges by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
