Turner - Mannon

SIKESTON -- Vernon and Valli Shirrell have announced the engagement of their daughter, Shiela Lynn Turner, to Leslie Dennis Mannon, son of Stephen and Sherry Plunk of Sikeston and the late William "Bill" Mannon.

Plans are under way for a Nov. 29 wedding at the Elm Street Baptist Church in Charleston.
