SCOTT CITY - Dorothy Laureen St. Clair, 78, died at 2:30 a.m. Dec. 28, 2004, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.

Born March 21, 1926, in Kelso, daughter of the late William Theodore and Emma Bertha Goetz Leible, she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and VFW Post 6407 Ladies Auxiliary in Scott City.

On Nov. 6, 1954, in Kelso, she married John Grover St. Clair Jr. who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two daughters, Sue Sweeney and Kathy Wright of St. Charles; one brother, Raymond Leible of Sikeston; two sisters, Virginia Hovis of Cape Girardeau and Helen Cox of Kelso; and four grandchildren.

One daughter, two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City where a rosary will be recited at 5:30 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with the Rev. David Coon officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Mausoleum in Cape Girardeau.
