BLOOMFIELD -- Charleston advanced to the 2A District 2 semifinals on Tuesday night, rolling past Greenville 92-43.

Lezcano Dean the charge, scoring 19 points with five rebounds and four steals. He also hit three treys in the win.

"I thought Dean played a super game tonight," said Charleston head coach Danny Farmer. "We started out struggling a little bit offensively and he really picked his game up."

Dean scored 10 of Charleston's 23 points in the first quarter as the Bluejays jumped out to an eight-point lead. The lead increased to 40-26 at halftime, then Charleston blew the game wide open with a 27-1 run.

"We pressured them the whole game," said Farmer. "We were man-to-man, full-court the whole night and by the second half (Greenville) wore down."

Charleston cleared the bench late in the third quarter as all 14 players saw action. The Bluejay bench was able to outscore Greenville 25-16 in the final frame to give Charleston the uncontested 92-43 win.

"We played the whole team tonight," said Farmer. "I have a lot of confidence in my B-team, they had a great season. I kind of see them as just subs now."

Jordy Mixon scored 16 points. Kewain Gant contributed 14 points and seven rebounds. Joshua Strayhorn hit three 3-pointers and scored 11 points, and Trentez Lane came in and dished out six assists with three steals.

Jason West paced Greenville with 15 points. Jarred Green added 11.
