New dialysis unit opens

Mowaffaq R. Said, M.D., gives a tour of the new Jaycee Regional Dialysis Center at Missouri Delta Medical Center Sunday afternoon. The unit will provide life-saving dialysis treatment to over 60 patients from all over Southeast Missouri. There are 15 dialysis stations in the new center with additional space for five more stations, as demand is needed.
