DEXTER - Margaret A. Carroll, 74, died Nov. 16, 2003, in Yuma, Ariz.

Born July 30, 1929, in Quincy, Ill., daughter of Mary Alma Daniels Keller of Bonne Terre, Mo., and the late Leonard A. Keller, she lived in Southeast Missouri most of her life. She was a cook for Richland Schools before retiring and a member of VFW Post 7822 Ladies Auxiliary and Bible Way Fellowship Church of Dexter.

On Dec. 30, 1950, at Piggott, Ark., she married Earl Vernon Carroll who preceded her in death on Aug. 13, 2003.

Survivors in addition to her mother include: one son and daughter-in-law, William Duane and Relda S. Carroll of Essex; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna Sue and Elgy Lee Brown Jr. of Sikeston; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Leonard Duane and Wauneita Keller of Bonne Terre and Ronald Louis and Joan Keller of Yuma; one sister and brother-in-law, Janette Mary and Ronnie Ayers of Las Vegas, Nev.; six grandchildren, Leonard Carroll, Clorinda Carroll, Jeremy Carroll, Jason Pinkley, Cody Pinkley and Amber Leeper; and six great-grandchildren, Skie Pinkley, Katie Pinkley, J.T. Pinkley II, Paige Pinkley, Harlie Leeper and Alexas Leeper.

She was preceded in death by one son, Ronald Earl Carroll, on June 25, 1992.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Karen Oldham of Dexter will officiate.

Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Poplar Bluff.
