ESSEX - China Williamson, 84, died May 29, 2005, at the Missouri Southern Healthcare Facility in Dexter.
Born Feb. 18, 1921, in the state of Arkansas to the late Harvey and Eula Mae Howell Crews, she had lived most of her life in Essex where she was a member of the United Methodist Church.
On Feb. 25, 1941, in Oak Grove, La., she married Harry Glenn Williamson who preceded her in death on Sept. 24, 2001.
Also preceding her in death were three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include: one son, Harry Glenn Williamson Jr. of Bloomfield; one daughter, Joy Hudgens of Dexter; two brothers, Harwell Lee Crews of Joiner, Ark., and Veon Crews of Bastrop, La.; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Graveside services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Essex Cemetery in Essex with the Rev. Ernie Rogers of Poplar Bluff officiating.
Burial will follow.
