PORTAGEVILLE -- William Dale "Billy" Blue, 57, died May 29, 2005, at Pemiscot County Memorial Hospital in Hayti.
Born June 12, 1947, in Lorain, Ohio, to William O. "Shorty" Blue of New Madrid and the late Wilma Lee Allen Blue, he worked at Noranda Aluminum for over 35 years and was a member of the New Madrid Eagles Aerie 4206.
In addition to his father, survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Keith Jenkins of Forest, Miss.; one sister, Debbie Boyd of New Madrid; one brother, Chuck Blue of Wildwood; one granddaughter, Kristine Jeannett Jenkins of Forest; and a special friend, Bonnie Britt of Portageville.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid, where services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Thad Grimstead officiating.
Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.
