PORTAGEVILLE - Russie "Reeces" Marie Hardin, 82, died July 12, 2005, at Canton, Texas.
Born June 27, 1923, in Portageville, daughter of the late G.W. and Mary Ann Alexander Reeves, she spent her life in the farming community until 1991 when she moved to Texas to be with her children.
In 1969, she married Lee Hardin, who preceded her in death.
Three sisters and three brothers also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Larry "Marty" and Marilyn Martin of Red Oak, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Pat "Tish" and Jerry Swiggart of Canton; and several step-children, grandchildren and step-
grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Friday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.
Burial will follow in the Portageville Cemetery.
