SIKESTON - Stephanie Michelle Grimes Holland is the mother of her second child, first son, born at 3:41 p.m. Nov. 12, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. Jaylen Brent-Royce Holland weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 1/2-inches long.

Holland, daughter of Jim and Deborah Scaggs of Jackson, is employed by the Sikeston Country Club.

CAPE GIRARDEAU - Ira Scott and Amy Elizabeth Taylor are the parents of their first child, a son, born at 2:48 p.m. Nov. 12, 2002, at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Thomas Jacob Taylor weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20-inches long.

Mrs. Taylor is the former Amy Evett, daughter of Tom and Carol Evett of Ballwin. She is a speech pathologist for St. Francis Medical Center.

Taylor, son of Robert and Lana Taylor of Sikeston, is a physician with Regional Primary Care.

EAST PRAIRIE - Jeff and Teresa Pearson are the parents of their third child, first daughter, born at 9:06 a.m. Nov. 12, 2002, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. Julianna Goldie Pearson weighed 8 pounds and was 20 3/4-inches long.

The former Teresa Bright, Mrs. Pearson is the daughter of Mary Joyce Bright of East Prairie. She is an assistant prosecutor with the Cape Girardeau Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Pearson, son of Jane Pearson of Sikeston and Jerry and Brenda Pearson of Arnold, is an engineer with Nordyne in Poplar Bluff.
