SIKESTON - Frankie L. Neal, 88, died at 9:10 a.m. Jan. 30, 2005, at Clearview Nursing Center in Sikeston.
Born Feb. 29, 1916, in Ouachita County, Ark., daughter of the late Lee and Laura Jones Walker, she was a housewife.
On Oct. 9, 1937, she married C.S. "Clinton" Neal who preceded her in death in September 1972.
Survivors include: one daughter and son-in-law, Sheli and Tom Damask of Glendale, Calif.; three brothers, Joe Walker of Stockton, Calif., Fred Walker of Camden, Ark., and Gene Walker of Franklin, N.C.; two sisters, Ruby Curtis of Sikeston and Esther Porterfield of St. James; and two grandsons, Matthew Steinmetz of Las Vegas, Nev., and David Steinmetz of Glendale.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel where services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Kelley Grubbs, pastor of Murray Lane Baptist Church, will officiate.
Burial will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sardis Cemetery in Sparkman, Ark.
