ADVANCE -- Laveda Annette Stepp, 67, died June 21, 2004, at her home.

Born Oct. 18, 1936, at Advance, daughter of the late Dudley and Ida Miller McCullough, she retired as a seamstress for the International Hat Factory in Marble Hill, where she worked for 27 years. She attended the Assembly of God Church in Greenbrier.

On Jan. 22, 1955, she married Paul Stepp Sr. who preceded her in death on May 12, 2002.

Survivors include: two sons, Paul Stepp Jr. of Greenbrier and Gordon McCullough of Frisco, Texas; one daughter, Teresa Stepp of Dexter; three brothers, Donald Ray McCullough, William McCullough and Shannon McCullough of Jackson; one sister, Rosalie Abernathy of Greenbrier; and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Two brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. James Johns will officiate with assistance by the Rev. Gavin Page.

Burial will follow in the Greenbrier Cemetery.
