CHARLESTON - Clad only in his shorts after being robbed of his pants, shirt, wallet and a company truck, James Parker, 25, of Charleston, shunned his modesty and ran to a nearby field late yesterday afternoon to summon help. Minutes earlier, Parker had just finished digging a grave in Oak Grove Cemetery for McMikle Funeral Home, loaded his tools in the 1956 Ford panel truck and was headed back into town.
