Charles Harlan

GRAYRIDGE - Charles D. Harlan, 61, died Nov. 16, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born Dec. 17, 1939, in Grayridge, son of the late Thomas and Viola Kamin Harlan, he served with the U.S. Air Force and was of the Baptist belief. He lived in Grayridge most of his life.

Survivors include: one son, Randy Throgmorton of Dexter; one daughter, Beth Cook of Cape Girardeau; one brother, James Harlan of Grayridge; and two sisters, Gloria Ritch of Grayridge and Beverly Hargrove of Napa, Calif.

Friends may call at 9:30 a.m. Monday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter.

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Essex Cemetery with the Rev. Doyle Corlew of Dexter officiating. Full military honors will be conducted by the Veterans Honor Guard of Poplar Bluff.
