According to reports, the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department received information about a vehicle being stuck in the mud under the Mississippi River Bridge, east of Caruthersville.

Deputies arrived at the scene at approximately 10:30 p.m., and discovered 86-year-old Clarence Beck of Brooklyn. Beck had been entered into the National Crime Information Computer as missing by the Craighead County Arkansas Sheriff's Office on Wednesday.
