Brenda Drury

BERTRAND - Brenda Sue Drury, 56, died July 7, 2004, at Barnes-Jewish North in St. Louis.

Born June 30, 1948, in Sikeston, daughter of Warren Reynolds of Benton and the late Reva Robinson Reynolds, she was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County. She attended the First General Baptist Church in Charleston.

On Aug. 10, 1968, she married Fred Drury who survives of the home.

Survivors in addition to her husband and father include: one son, Fred Drury Jr. of Sikeston; two daughters, Lisa Drury of Jackson and Jeanie Woods of Marble Hill; four brothers, Mike Reynolds of East Prairie, Fred Reynolds of Anniston, Larry Robinson of Muscatine, Iowa, and Bob Robinson of the state of California; two sisters, Sandy Holmes of Benton and Linda Embry of Scott City; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Trent Reynolds; and one sister, Betty Sue Reynolds.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday. David Pringle, pastor of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
