Charlie Jones

PUXICO - Charlie Jones, 72, died May 6, 2003, at Three Rivers Healthcare North Campus in Poplar Bluff.

Born June 14, 1930, in Puxico, son of the late Ira and Verna Neighbors Jones, he was a lifelong resident of Puxico, where he attended the Apostolic Church.

Survivors include: four brothers, Arzie Jones of Elsberry and John Jones, Dale Jones and Ernie Jones of Puxico; and three sisters, Mary Tucker of Atwater, Calif, Beulah Norton of Troy, Mo., and Pat Martin of Puxico.

Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

Visitation begins at 6 p.m. Friday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, where services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. David Skinner of Puxico will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Puxico Cemetery.
