Donald Kielhofner
ADVANCE - Donald Lee Kielhofner, 52, died at 9:30 p.m. Oct. 3, 2003, at his home.
Born Nov. 8, 1950, in Cape Girardeau, son of Georgia Ann Bucher Kielhofner of Perkins and the late Albert Leo Kielhofner, he was a self-employed farmer and co-owner of Ever Ready Electric in Malden. A member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, he served with the National Guard.
On Nov. 11, 1995, he married Donna Glueck Grossheider who survives of the home.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include: one son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Bridgett Kielhofner of Oran; two daughters and one son-in-law, Jennifer and Davey Collins of Advance and Kacie Kielhofner of Advance; one stepson, Neal Grossheider of Advance; one stepdaughter and son-in-law, Abby and Cyle Huck of Advance; one brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Kay Kielhofner of Jackson; one sister and brother-in-law, Marlene and Dennis Long of Cape Girardeau; and four grandchildren, Jamie Pettit, Chelsea Collins and Glen Collins of Advance and Bryson Kielhofner of Oran.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Guardian Angel Catholic Church with the Rev. John Harth officiating.
Burial followed in the Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Alphonse Jansen, Marvin Glueck, Will Bucher, Dustin Massey, Tim Vance, Matthew Long and Davey Collins.
