CLEVELAND -- Andrew Donaldson, 53, died June 9, 2005, at Marymount Hospital in Cleveland.
Born Sept. 6, 1951, at Harvell, Mo., son of Lex Donaldson of Malden, Mo., and the late Earsie Mae Davis Donaldson, he had worked at the Brecksville Veterans Hospital for 15 years until illness forced an early retirement. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served during the Vietnam War.
On May 8, 1970, he married Nelvia Rainey who survives of the home in Cleveland.
Other survivors include: three daughters, Latisha Yvonne Bobo of Parma, Mo., and Nelsie Leshay and Sheena Donaldson of Cleveland; two brothers, Tommie Lee Donaldson and L.V. Jones, addresses unavailable; four sisters, Virginia Lee Pulley, Earlene Smith, Marilyn Donaldson and Eula Donaldson, addresses unavailable; and six grandchildren.
One daughter, Andrea Donaldson; and one brother, Roy Donaldson, also preceded him in death.
Visitation is from noon Thursday until time for services at 1 p.m. at Rainey-
Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Mo. Ronald Pulley will officiate.
Burial with full military honors will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery at Malden.
