Speakout 1/3

Tuesday, January 3, 2006

This is to the woman who insists on breast feeding her child at school events. Please show some consideration for those around you. Please show some discretion by covering up with a blanket or something. It is not acceptable to just whip it out for all the world to see. You can take care of your child and still respect those around you. Aside from that, a one-year old is too old to be breast fed. It would serve you right if he took a bite out of you.

Natural gas prices. Price gouging. That is a low blow in December and here at Christmas. A 100 percent hike. This should be investigated by the Attorney General.

I'd like to put an article in today's SpeakOut entitled betrayed by two half-

sisters that are worse than two wicked stepsisters. A half-sister that I loved with all my heart, and I thought she loved me too, betrayed me by bringing her husband who is an ex-convict. I told her for years that I didn't want this person to know where I lived, who I married or whatever. And what does she do? She brings this convict, who happens to be her husband, in my home and he comes in here uninvited, like he owns the whole world. He knows he's not welcome and part of my family. Well, I'm gonna tell you something, dear half-

sister. One of these days your betrayal is going to be punished. Not by me, but by a higher power. Because the Bible says, "Vengeance is mine and I will repay." And also, to the second half-sister, that flatly refused to let a half-

sister put a Bible in her mother's hands that was dead, and all. She has taken things that belonged to my mother. Photos of my deceased mother in her casket. And, she also has my wedding picture. I would like to say, these material things mean a lot to me. But, I would like to say to my dear little sister, stealing is bad enough, but when it comes to the point when you can't even put the Lord's word in her hands. I'm gonna tell you something. God has His way.

I would like to express my appreciation to the Montgomery Bank for having that cross lit up at Christmas time. I remember when the First National Bank had that bank, they would light that cross up. It is a large cross. I just want to say, we the Christian people, we really appreciate what Montgomery Bank has done with that cross. It's a beautiful cross. This is the type of people we should give our business to. There are so many businesses today that wouldn't even think about doing this, respect the cross and what it represents. Thank you Montgomery Bank for keeping the tradition going. We really appreciate you. We hope we can bring more business to such a good organization as this.

This is to say thank you to the very nice lady that paid my utility bill for me this Christmas. I'm not sure you know how grateful I am for you doing this for me. And, I wish I knew who you were so I can thank you in person. But, that is okay. I would love to return the favor for you in the future, but since I can't , I'll tell you what. I will "pass it forward" to someone else that may need some help and thank you again very much. A person in need.
