CHARLESTON -- A Charleston man who was shot in the face over the weekend is still recovering from the incident. Charleston Department of Public Safety Director Robert E. Hearnes said Wednesday the condition of the victim, 46-year-old Anthony Kent, hasn't changed. Kent was shot near the intersection of Vine and Elm Streets Friday in Charleston. CHARLESTON -- A Charleston man who was shot in the face over the weekend is still recovering from the incident.

Charleston Department of Public Safety Director Robert E. Hearnes said Wednesday the condition of the victim, 46-year-old Anthony Kent, hasn't changed. Kent was shot near the intersection of Vine and Elm Streets Friday in Charleston. Kent received a gunshot wound to the face and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
