SIKESTON -- Joyce L. Collins, 53, died at 2:46 p.m. July 3, 2006, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 20, 1952, in Philadelphia, Miss., daughter of the late John and Margaret Lewis Hickman, she had been a CNA Nurse at Claycliff Nursing Home in Brinkley, Ark. for nine years and was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include: her fiance, Jerry Troy of Brinkley, Ark.; one son, Matthew Pyles of Dexter; three daughters, Candace Pyles and Christina Pyles Porter of Dexter and Melinda Pyles of St. Louis; three brothers, Bill Hickman of Philadelphia and Frank Hickman and James Hickman of Sikeston; one sister, Joann Holder of Sikeston; and nine grandchildren.
One son, three brothers and one sister preceded her in death.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Friday in the Nunnelee Chapel with the Rev. Randy Thomas, pastor of Morehouse First General Baptist Church.
Burial will follow in the Essex Cemetery.
