LAFORGE -- Shirley Ann Ling, 70, died Feb. 15, 2008, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Nov. 3, 1937, at Risco, she was the daughter of the late Clopha and Gaustie Carlisle Shaw.
On April 22, 1956, at Hernando, Miss., she married Edwin Ling who preceded her in death in 2001.
Also preceding her death were one son, John Randel Ling; one grandson, Ricky Ling Jr.; and three sisters and five brothers.
Survivors include: one son, Rick Ling of LaForge; one daughter and son-in-law, Tamra and Chris McClellan of LaForge; one sister, Mary Lyons of New Madrid; and six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday. Kevin Mills will officiate.
Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Justin Ling, Chris Ling, Chris McClellan, Cedric Woods, Tracy Shelton and Samuel Faulkner.
