ST. ROBERTS -- Jeremy Lamarr Chambers, 26, died Aug. 18, 2007, at his father's home due to unexpected circumstances.
Born July 23, 1981, in Fort Leonard Wood, son of Jerry Lee Chambers of St. Roberts and Carmen Chambers of Marston, he attended New Madrid County Central High School, was a member of Marston Kids' Beat, and had joined the Job Corps in St. Louis before relocating to St. Roberts be with his father. He was formerly a member of Independent Baptist Church in Worms, Germany, and the Good Hope M.B. Church in Marston.
Survivors in addition to his parents include: two sons: Julian Hunt and Jaden Rickerson; one daughter, Janae Sims; two brothers, Sevell L. Robinson and Jerry Lee Adams of St. Louis; three sisters, Tiara C. Robinson and Makenzie K. Chambers of Marston and Linda F. Blue of North Carolina; maternal grandparents Lyman Sr. and Gloria Katherine Smart of Lilbourn; paternal grandfather Albert Chambers of St. Louis; and his fiancee, Trista Rickerson of Waynesville.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Helen Chambers; paternal great-grandparents, Ocie and James Gee; maternal grandfather, Willie James Daniels Sr.; great-grandfather, James Daniels; maternal grandparents, Carl and Montina Robinson and Lewis and Minurvia Smart; great-grandmothers, Ocie and Hattie Daniels; and three uncles and three aunts.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until time for services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the New Madrid Baptist Church. Pastor Kenneth Holloway, pastor of Pilgrim Rest M.B. Church, will officiate.
Burial will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in New Madrid.
