WILLS POINT, Texas - Anna Westpheling, 79, formerly of Dallas, died Aug. 22, 2007, at her home.
Born June 1, 1928, in Fulton, Miss., daughter of the late Albert Anderson and Martha Ann Welch Clayton, she was raised in Matthews, Mo., where she graduated from Matthews High School. She retired in 1996 from Super 8 Hotel, where she was employed as desk clerk. She moved to Wills Point in 1975, where she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She delivered Meals on Wheels and was involved in church and senior citizen's activities.
In May 1947, she married Vincent Mydlowski who preceded her in death. In May 1964, she married Robert Westpheling, who also preceded her in death.
Six brothers and one sister also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: two daughters, Jane Pearson of Sikeston, Mo. and Nancy Veach of Wills Point; one brother, James Clayton of Little Rock, Ark.; three grandchildren, Jeff Pearson, Jennifer Edwards and Devin Veach; and four great-
grandchildren.
Visitation is from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. Saturday at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point. The Revs. Don Myers and Carl Rea will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery north of Wills Point.
