CHAFFEE -- Ethel Louise Cannon, 91, died at 5:25 a.m. Jan. 30, 2008, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
Born Jan. 25, 1917, in Poplar Bluff, to the late Willie Edward and Cynthia Margarite Crittenden Jeffries, she was a retired supervisor from Borg-Warner Inc. in Manchester and a member of Maplewood Baptist Church in Maplewood.
On May 4, 1935, she married Elmer Andrew Cannon who preceded her in death on May 9, 2001.
One son and one sister also preceded her in death.
Survivors include: three sons, Royce Cannon of San Antonio, W.M. "Bill" Cannon of Chaffee and Timothy Cannon of Barnhart; and nine grandchildren, 14 great-
grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled at 5 p.m. Friday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Vyron Yount will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
Pallbearers will be: Wade Cannon, Travis Skidmore, Tim Stone, Alex Stone, Chris Cannon and David Ivester III.
