NEW MADRID - Mary Anna Coleman, 79, died March 12, 2007, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
Born Aug. 2, 1927, in Blytheville, Ark., to the late Benjamin Winston and Mary Catherine Smith, she was a member of the Ladies Golf Association at the New Madrid Country Club.
On July 24, 1953, she married C.C. Coleman, who survives of the home.
Other survivors include: four brothers, Jim Smith of Memphis, Jerry Smith of Germantown, Tenn., Tom Smith of Collierville, Tenn., and Harold Smith of Cordova, Tenn.; three sisters, Pat Stallings of Memphis, Virginia Schillinger of Germantown and Kay Boyd of Olive Branch, Miss.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ben Smith Jr.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until noon Thursday at Richards Funeral Home, followed by a funeral Mass beginning at noon at Immaculate Conception Church. The Rev. Randy Tochtrop will officiate.
Burial will follow at Mounds Park Cemetery.
