BENTON -- Trudy Jane Hillyard, 56, formerly of Sikeston, died at 11:09 p.m. June 9, 2006, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born Oct. 23, 1949, in Sikeston, daughter of the late John Everett and Pauline Beatrice Collins Moser, she was a homemaker and attended the Bement Baptist Church near Sikeston. She was a cashier for seven years at the Wal-

Mart Supercenter in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include: her companion, Jerry Groves of the home in Benton; four sons and two companions; John Hillyard and Zeke Tuscanue of Seattle, Wash., Brian Hillyard and Litisha Wheetley of Star City, Ark., and Devon Moser and Donavan Moser of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Miranda and Carl Goff of Holts Summit; three brothers, John Moser Jr. of Augusta, Ga., Leroy Moser of Lilbourn, and James Moser of Kansas City; one sister, Shirley Duke of Torrance, Calif.; and six grandchildren.

Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, where services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Delber Bishop, pastor of Bement Baptist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be: Matthew Hodges, Bob Wagner, Darren Buckner, Kevin Ball, Brandon Howard and Freddy Kenser.
