HAZELWOOD -- Rick and Julie Harrington have announced the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Ann Harrington, to Matthew Ryan Cotner, son of Ronald and Karen Cotner of Cape Girardeau.
A 2005 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, the future bride is employed as the office manger for RV America LLC in Sikeston.
The prospective bridegroom is a 2003 graduate of Southeast Missouri Law Enforcement Academy and a member of the 354th Military Police Company in St. Louis. He is employed by the Sikeston Department of Public Safety.
Plans are under way for a March 2009 wedding.
