ST. LOUIS -- Blanche Brock, 75, died Sept. 15, 2008, at the DePaul Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Sept. 28, 1932, in Blodgett, she had lived in Essex and Lawrence, Kan., before moving to St. Louis in 2000.
On July 30, 1949, at Parma, she married Eldgria Brock who preceded her in death on Jan. 5, 1987.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Bailey, and two sisters, Bessie Lee and Virginia Bailey.
Survivors include: four sons, Junior Lee Brock of Tampa, Fla., Eldgria David Brock of Orlando, Fla., and Albert Brock and Glen Richard Brock of Roanoke, Va.; three daughters, Mary Brock of St. Louis, Laura Jean Woodson of Sikeston and Janice Marie Brock of Lawrence, Kan.; four brothers, Ernest Bailey, James Bailey and Leroy Bailey of St. Louis and Sam Bailey of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Alma Jean Turner of St. Louis; and eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. at the Macedonia Cemetery in Malden.
