SIKESTON -- The Sikeston Bulldog freshmen basketball team downed the Jackson Indians 58-31 Monday night at the Sikeston Field House.
The Bulldogs' scoring leaders were Eldridge Gibson (15), Keldon Warfield (11), and Terry Jamison (10).
The Sikeston Bulldog eight grade basketball team breezed past the Jackson Indians 54-17 Monday night at the Sikeston Field House.
The Bulldogs' Scoring leaders were Vashaun Ruffin (14), Markeith Bratcher (10), and Blake Flannigan (9).
Eight grade coach Kevin Self was pleased with his team's outing Monday.
"I thought we played extremely well," Self said."Especially from our bench. We are pretty deep and we can wear people down with as many kids we can put in. I was really happy with they way they played tonight."
The eight grade Bulldogs will play tonight at the junior high gymnasium along with the seventh grade team. Both teams will face Dexter with games starting at 6 p.m.
