CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County's airport layout plan is back on track after being delayed by e-vandalism.
Rodger Williams of Smith and Company in Poplar Bluff said during Thursday's County Commission meeting that an electronic version of the county's ALP his company was hired to draft will be submitted to the Missouri Department of Transportation later than same day. It followed a mailed hard copy.
