SIKESTON - Justin Wibbenmeyer knows his way around a rodeo arena. For the past four years, Wibbenmeyer has traveled the rodeo circuit testing his skills as a bullfighter.

This year, however, he is testing his skills with a challenge larger than even a 1,500 pound racing bull. Wibbenmeyer is chairman of the 2010 Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo.
