Carnival time

Tinsley's Amusements workers setup the "Starship 2000" ride at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo Grounds on North Ingram for the American Legion's 66th Annual Cotton Carnival. Tonight is wristband night with rides opening at 5 p.m.
