CHARLESTON -- Mississippi County will take on a bit of extra paperwork for county airport grants rather than "floating" design costs.
During their regular meeting Thursday, county commissioners reviewed correspondence from Millicent Parker of the Missouri Department of Transportation's aviation division and Ty Sander of the Crawford, Murphy and Tilly consulting firm in St. Louis regarding Aviation Trust Fund grant funding for improvement projects planned for the county airport.
