CARUTHERSVILLE - A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of those responsible for starting a fire at a family's residence.
The Missouri State Fire Marshal's Office is offering a $5,000 reward for information about a residential fire reported at 3:13 a.m. Sunday in Caruthersville.
