Charleston man jailed on weapons violations

CHARLESTON -- An Illinois man was arrested on weapons violations after an incident in Charleston on Saturday.

Terrance Webster, 42, of Harvey, Ill., is currently being held in the Mississippi County Jail on a $75,000 bond, facing charges of assault, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property and numerous weapons violations, according to Charleston Department of Public Safety.
