Larry Triplett
CHARLESTON -- Larry Triplett, 57, died Sept. 11, 2012, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Nov. 27, 1954, in Charleston, to Albirdie Clemons Triplett Shaw of Wyoming, Mich., and the late Haney Triplett II, he served in the U.S. Navy until 1974 and was a retired construction worker.
On Dec. 2, 1995, he married Annette Walls who survives of Muskegon, Mich.
In addition to his wife and mother, survivors include: two daughters, Mahogany Jenkins and Ashley Jenkins of Fort Worth, Texas; one brother, Booker T. Shaw Jr. of Wyoming; three sisters, Wilma Preyar of St. Charles, Ill., Marilyn Tharrington of Chicago and Sherrie Triplett Follins of Wyoming; five stepchildren, Sharnessa Howard, Michael Williams, Audrey Williams and Shaynna Williams of Muskegon and Taniqua Williams of Atlanta; five grandchildren and 15 stepgrandchildren; and a special friend, Gloria Henderson of Charleston.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until time of services at noon Saturday at the Bowden Civic Center in Charleston with Ronald Sloan, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Fun
