EAST PRAIRIE -- Geneva Anthony Bryant, 87, died Sept. 16, 2012, at the East Prairie Nursing Center.
Born May 27, 1925, in Bells, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Rosa Lee Anthony.
On April 10, 1952, she married George Bryant who preceded her in death.
She is survived by: five sons, Leonard Cox of Alamo, Tenn., Earnest Bryant of Seattle and Earl Bryant, Tony Bryant and Sylvester Bryant of East Prairie; three daughters, Ann Cox and Mary Swan of Chicago and Georgia Bryant of Charleston; and 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 2 p.m. until time of services at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Opportunity Church of God in Christ in Charleston with Steve Betts, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Charleston with the Williams Funeral Home of Charleston in charge of arrangements.
