EAST PRAIRIE -- Audrey L. Oatsvall, 91, died March 15, 2013, at her home.
Born Oct. 28, 1921, in Union City, Tenn., daughter of the late Walter H. and Ruth D. Brewer Shannon, she lived her entire life in East Prairie where she was a member of the Full Gospel Church. She was employed by the Brown Shoe Co. in Charleston for 23 years.
On July 10, 1939, she married Hershel Oatsvall who preceded her in death May 17, 1987.
Also preceding her in death were two sons, Bobby Gene and Kenneth Ray Oatsvall, two brothers, James and Charles Shannon, two sisters, Mozelle Hunt and Fannie Shaw, and one grandson and one great-granddaughter.
Survivors include: three daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Ann and James Burns of Mayfield, Ky., Mary Ruth and Larry Dale Cooper and Victoria Lynn and Martin Hutcheson of East Prairie; one sister, Helen Mac Johnson of East Prairie; two daughters-in-laws, Janet Oatsvall and Brenda Oatsvall of East Prairie; and 12 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sunday at the Full Gospel Church in East Prairie where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday with Mike Johnson and Eric McGruder officiating.
Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery.
The Shelby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be: James "Chucky" Reed, Jamie Burns, Randy Oatsvall, Chris Oatsvall, Shannon Oatsvall and Jeff Oatsvall.
