CHARLESTON -- Other events during this year's Dogwood-Azalea Festival include:

* Saturday evening as dusk settles in, 6,000 white luminarias will light sidewalks along the Dogwood-Azalea Trail for the annual Candlelight Tour.

"We have seven different venues for live music on the tour," said Karen Teeters, executive director of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce.

Jordan's Tide will be at 1001 East Commercial; Chris Moore will play at 502 East Cypress; Sarah Grace Noisworthy will be entertaining at the Historical Society home; Bluegrass Revival will be set up at the Oliver home at 404 East Commercial; the Pullen Family and For Heaven's Sake will be at the Forrest home located at 203 East Cypress; Southern Grace will be playing under the Focus Bank gazebo at 113 South Main; and Katie McCaslin will provide music at 908 East Cypress.

Rides in an open horse-drawn carriage will also be available from noon till 8 p.m. Saturday.

* The annual parade is scheduled at 11 a.m. Saturday.
