A nonprofit  organization, Levi's        Children's Charity, has formed in honor of       3-year-old Levi Stephen Collom, son  of Glenn and Ellie Collom  of Benton, who died of unknown causes March 18, 2012.

SIKESTON -- A Scott County family's desire to remember 3-year-old Levi Collom while coping with his death has helped the hundreds of people who've reached out to them over the past year -- and will continue to do so through a newly formed charity.

Levi's Children's Charity, a nonprofit corporation, recently established following a year of fundraising efforts to support the construction of Levi's Adventure Trail, an outdoor Discovery Playhouse exhibit comprised of things the preschooler enjoyed doing.
