The Portageville Jaycees are sponsoring a Kids Carnival on Saturday, October 4 during Main Street Madness of the Soybean Festival. The carnival starts at 9:00 a.m. on Main Street, and it will feature games, activities, prizes, treats and more. Kids games and activities are free of charge!
