BENTON -- A Sikeston man is in custody on multiple charges relating from a domestic violence incident.
James Dylan Revelle, 21, is charged with the felonies of second degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and delivery or concealment of a controlled substance into a jail and misdemeanor trespassing.
At approximately 6:30 a.m. Friday, Senior Deputy Matt Scroggins was called to a residence in the 200 block of Llewella Street in Morley in reference to a disturbance. Scroggins determined that Revelle unlawfully entered the residence after being told several times prior not to.
"Revelle remained even after being told to leave the property. At one point both parties were in the front yard when Revelle produced a knife and threatened to cut (the victim's) throat," Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter said.
