More or less

I understand how the government says people around here draw only $16,000 a year Social Security. I know those people aren't well off. We don't need a percentage of our one percent check going up. What we need is more on our stamps on our electricity, because one percent is gonna be taken away from us. We need more food on our table or help to pay our utility bill. Our utilities went up 27 percent total in Sikeston. March was 17 and then another 10. I hope you understand what I'm getting at. We are getting less instead of getting more.

Lookin' for Laura

Will you please find out for us when Laura Wibbenmeyer will be back? She's just a little ol' cutie and we miss her.

She had her baby on Oct. 5. Most likely she will be back when her maternity leave is over, which is usually around six weeks.
