I tell you what, I don't know why there are any preachers around anymore. All they want is money. They don't try to save people's souls. They just get up there, just like that old Creflo Dollar gets up there and wants his congregation to buy him a $65 million jet so he can go around the world spreading the gospel. That ain't why he wants a jet. I haven't really known but one good preacher in the last 30 years. He was young and he was good. He didn't ask for money all the time. Now that's all they want, money, money. money. They don't use it for the church. They use it for themselves. It's ridiculous.

Honor roll

I'd like to know if anyone has seen the honor roll in the paper for Sikeston Senior High School for any quarter this year. If so, could you please give me the dates of the papers they were in. I haven't seen them at all this year.

We checked our files, and there was no honor roll submitted by the high school this year. We called and they said they submit it by semester, not quarter, and the second semester honor roll will be sent for publication.
