Portageville Bulldogs on a roll

Ian Torrey blasted a home run and drove in three runs as the Bulldogs edged the Eagles to get the win on the road.

Bailey Cook pitched four innings to get the win for Portageville (13-9). He gave up no runs on four hits, struck out two and walked two batters.

Nicholes Allred and Tyler Daugherty each had a double and two RBIs apiece to help lead the Bulldogs.

Sam Wallace also pitched four innings to sustain the loss on the mound for East Prairie (8-6). He allowed nine earned runs on 12 hits with four strikeouts and three walks.

Kasten Campbell hit a double and batted in two runs to pace the Eagles.
