Kellams named to Class 3 All-state team

Jon Garrett Kellams made the class 3 all-state baseball team as a 2nd team utility player. His stats are .455 batting average (avg), .553 on base percentage (OBP), 45 hits which included 2 Homeruns, 48 runs batted in (RBI)-which led the Bootheel Conference. He also had a fielding percentage of .947.

Luke Darst, Tyler Daugherty, and Ryan Priggel each made the academic all-state baseball teams this year.

The academic all staters (Luke Darst, Tyler Daugherty, Ryan Priggel) met the following criteria:

1) must play in at least 70% of varsity games

2) must be in top 25% of class OR achieve at least a 24 on the ACT

3) a minimum GPA of 3.5 for the current school year
