CHAFFEE, Mo. - Billy Jo Piper, 58, died July 8, 2016, at John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
Graveside service will be at noon Monday at Missouri Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Rev. Bill Hatch officiating.
