Progressive Farm Credit donates to Portageville FFA

The Portageville branch of the Progressive Production Credit recently made a donation to the Portageville FFA chapter. Representatives of the branch Ben Kellams and Terri Miller presented the $500 check to chapter officers and first year FFA members. The donation will be used to fund many different FFA activities. Progressive Farm Credit is a major supporter of the FFA because they know that is  the future of agriculture. The Portageville branch of the Progressive Production Credit covers a wide area of southeast Missouri. The presentation was made during the 2nd annual FFA watermelon social held at the Portageville Ag Dept. on August 22.
